We followed our passion for sharing with others and started The Land Profit® Generator Land Flipping Method. We have had the privilege and honor to teach others how to Flip Land successfully, using our multi-million- dollar Land Flipping strategies

OUR STORY

Both Jack and I are immigrants to the US from Germany and Honduras. We came here back in 1995 and 1997, respectively, with nothing but two suitcases to our names and hearts full of dreams. We got our MBA’s then worked for fortune 500 companies. Jack in the software space
and me in the finance space.

However, we hated our corporate jobs. We had no flexibility, no fulfillment, and no freedom. And our paychecks did not match our time and effort. So, we started looking for a side hustle until we got our green cards. After a lot of research, we came across land flipping. We loved it! Land proved simple to flip and came without all the complications of flipping houses.

There were no Land Flipping Methods in existence at the time, and we had to learn everything by ourselves, through trial and error.

However, the moment we got our green cards, we left our corporate jobs and went ALL IN on one singular
ACTIVITY = Land Flipping.

Land flipping is buying raw, vacant land at a deep discount (often 10-50 cents on the dollar) and reselling it quickly for a profit—without ever building on it, getting a license, dealing with tenants, toilets, or termites, or even investing your own money in the deal. It's the simplest, cleanest way to make money in real estate, and you can do it part-time from home.

Most sellers we target are absentee owners who've held vacant land for years and just want it gone. They inherited it, don't use it, are tired of paying property taxes, or don't live nearby. To them, it's a burden. To us, it's opportunity—just like someone sells a working treadmill for $25 at a garage sale because they want convenience, not maximum value.

No license needed for land flipping—you're buying and selling property as a principal. In 99% of cases, our students don't need or use a license. If you already have one, keep it—just disclose it in your offer letters. It won't affect your response or success rates.

Yes. You can use assignment contracts, double closing, or private lenders to do deals without your own capital. We show you how to lock up off-market land with no earnest money and market it before closing—so you only buy once you have a buyer lined up. You need a little for education and marketing, but we also teach methods to minimize upfront costs.

Absolutely. 99% of our deals are done virtually using Google Maps, county GIS systems, and aerial photos. Many students live outside the U.S. and flip American land remotely. All you need is an internet connection and step-by-step guidance.

Land is valued using price-per-acre comparables from similar nearby properties—both listed and sold. You can use tools like Zillow, LandWatch, and county GIS maps. We also provide software and templates in our training to simplify the process.

Wholesaling means assigning your contract to another buyer for a fee—you never own the property. Flipping land usually uses double closing: buy and immediately resell (often with the buyer's funds). Both are taught in our program.

Not when you target the right counties and price correctly. We aim to be the cheapest comparable listing by buying at deep discounts. Profits range from $5K to $100K per deal. No showings, inspections, or repairs needed.
