If you are familiar with the world of house flipping, you will know that the margins are small, the work is time-consuming, and the competition is cut-throat. Despite the hard work and long hours it takes to be a successful realtor, Cathy has successfully run a realtor business for several years.
However, by 2019, Cathy started exploring other options in the real estate investing market. She happened across Jack Bosch and the Land Profit Generator team and discovered all of the possibilities available in land flipping.
Cathy enrolled in the Land Profit Coaching program in March 2020, and while still managing her very busy schedule as a full-realtor, she started to learn the Land Profit Generator Method under the guidance of the Land Profit Coaching team.
“When I started in the coaching program, I hit one of the busiest months in my realtor business. I really appreciated that my coach met me where I was at and worked at my pace. While he understood the pressure I was under, he still held me accountable to my self-set goals and made sure that I was doing the work to master the land investing side of my business.”
Cathy’s tenacity has paid off, and after a slower start, than she planned, she has still managed to close 7 deals and has another 11 lots under contract.
When reflecting on her pivot into land investing, Cathy points out that what makes land investing a true game-changer is that she can scale her land investing business in a way that she never could in the housing market.
“I have 11 deals under contract at the moment. If I had that many housing deals underway, I simply would not have the time and resources to close them all,” she points out. “This year, I will be making what I am worth for the time that I am spending to get to those 6-figure incomes.”
