When I talk about leaving a legacy, I’m not just talking about money. The money is great, obviously, and yes, land flipping can result in six figures in the short run. However, I’ve used land investing to create a legacy beyond just money. A legacy not only for my daughter but future generations of women as well.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been the only woman in a room full of real estate investors. I was the first one in my family to go to college, to get a master’s degree, to build a successful business and team.
