How To Transform Your Life in a Year with Land Profit Coaching

Brandon George enrolled in the Land Profit Coaching Program in February 2021 and transformed his life in one year.

When I watch reality TV shows where people compete to lose weight or find love, I am always more interested in the reunion shows a year later. The question for me is, “did the changes that people made during the show have a lasting effect?”

On The Fast Track To Success with Land Profit Coaching

I first interviewed Brandon in July 2021. At the time, he was five months into the Land Profit Coaching Program. He had already closed five deals and made an impressive $54k in profits.

Brandon explains that he started his career as an engineer. However, inspired by the seminal Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, Brandon decided that he wanted to build his wealth in real estate.

“The biggest problem was that I did not have any experience in real estate, and I desperately needed a mentor to help me achieve my goals,” Brandon explains. “I was dabbling as a real estate agent and house flipper but was not finding much success. I also wanted a system that would allow me to run my business remotely from anywhere in the world.”

Brandon attended the Land Profit Masterclass and enrolled in the Land Profit Coaching program, immediately. He completed the opening Six-Week Intensive phase of the program and quickly set up his systems to launch his land flipping business.

“During the Six-Week Intensive, I got all of the groundwork done and set up all of my systems. This was the most critical phase of the program for me, as everything I have done since has simply been building on the solid foundation laid during the first month and a half.”

Working closely with his Master Coach, Brandon closed his first deal in the first six weeks of the coaching program, pocketing an impressive $27K in profits. Five months into the program, Brandon had closed five deals and increased his earnings to $54k.

“What I like about the LPG system is that it’s a numbers game. I have worked on my numbers, and I know exactly what I need to do to achieve my goals,” says Brandon.

A Transformational Year

Brandon got off to a phenomenal start in the Land Profit Coaching program. However, just like reality TV, the real question is, did it last?

I am thrilled to report that Brandon is exactly on track to achieve the goals he laid out for himself when he enrolled in Land Profit Coaching in February 2021.

I did a follow-up interview with Brandon in February 2022, as he graduated from the Land Profit Coaching Program. After one year of coaching, Brandon had made an impressive $134K in profits, only a few thousand dollars short of the stretch goal of $150K that he set for himself.

When reflecting on his year in coaching, Brandon concluded that the Land Profit Coaching program had been more valuable than his degree in engineering.

“I am making more money after a year in Land Profit Coaching than I will ever make with my college degree!”

He is now scaling and automating his land business to enable him to achieve his life’s dream of setting up a second home in Ghana.

“My plans have not changed since entering the Land Profit Coaching program, but they have grown,” he explains. “I will be going to Ghana for a full month in October this year and am confident that I will be able to continue to reach and exceed my goals from Africa.”

Brandon points out that everything he heard Jack say during the Land Profit Masterclass has come to fruition. Brandon has established a real estate business that generates consistent profits and creates passive cash flow while allowing Brandon to spend more time with his family and realize his dream of setting up a second home in Africa.

“I mapped out my business with my coach when I started this program, and I am exactly where I wanted to be a year later. I have set a stretch goal of reaching 1.2 million in land profits a year from now, and there is absolutely no reason I can’t achieve that goal.”

 Brandon was inducted into the Land Profit Generator Hall of Fame in February 2022.
